When Sarah launched Prime Property she felt there was a gap in the already very crowded Residential Lettings Market for an agent with a difference….. Her emphasis for the Company has always been a very high level of Customer Service with bespoke management to suit her clients, whether they are portfolio owning Landlords or new to the Buy to Let market with one property.

Prime offer an advisory service on the options available to Landlords, how to divert any housing benefit payments directly to themselves and how to apply to the Courts for possession.
They offer a low cost option for assistance in evicting difficult tenants whilst working within the laws and the Housing Act.
